Who says you can't sue a nappy bag to accessorise your outfit?!
Today's secondhand outfit features Zara, Storksak and All Saints. The jumper is Zara, the skirt is a vintage leather skirt, the nappy bag is Storksak and the coat is All Saints. The shoes were bought new and are Superga (they just look secondhand because they've been used so much).
